Identifying and Engaging the Next Generation of Clinical Data Management Leaders

Date: Sunday, September 29
Time: 09:00 AM – 03:45 PM

As our industry continues to evolve, we are seeing a much greater focus on digital technologies, direct patient engagement, and unique methods to collect and analyze clinical data. Many newcomers to the Data Management community bring a broad skill set in data analytics, mobile technology knowledge, and data science methodologies that were unheard of 20 years ago. Many are graduating with degrees in Clinical Data Analytics.

The time is now to identify and engage these enthusiastic future DM Leaders in charting the course for CDM in the 21st century. In this session, we will bring in some of these future leaders to learn from them what we need to do to engage other future leaders and develop their skills in industry leadership. It’s time for us, as industry leaders, to be ready to pass the baton onto the next generation of CDM Leaders!

The session will focus on topics such as:

  • Audit trails and audit trail reviews as a component of CDM responsibility.
  • Data Archiving and more use of cloud-based technologies
  • Patient Centricity, and specifically, how do we close the loop in giving subjects access to trial results and their data

Submit your application during the registration process. Once approved, the confirmation together with the corresponding invoice for the settlement of the registration fee will be sent by email.

Please contact us at annualconference@scdm.org if you are planning to only attend the Leadership Forum.
